Creating and maintaining relevant and timely graphs is the key to problem identification, root cause analysis and improvement control. In this class participants will learn the basics of spreadsheets and how to use them to create graphs and charts. Topics covered include: Line Graphs, Bar Graphs, Pivot Tables, Pareto and Control Charts. This 4 hour class is intended for people with little or no knowledge of spreadsheets and graphs.
